This year, Ta Lappen is joining Revolve NTNU and our 2026 project for the third time, continuing a valued partnership that supports our team both on and off the track.

Ta Lappen is a driving school with departments in several cities across Norway, including multiple locations in and around Trondheim. They offer a wide range of courses and training for different types of driving licences, from passenger vehicles to trailers, buses, and heavy transport vehicles. Their focus on thorough education and safe driving practices makes them an ideal partner for a team like ours, where logistics and safety are essential.

This summer, Ta Lappen is loaning us a truck that we will use to transport our equipment throughout the competition season. Reliable transportation is a crucial part of our operations, as our equipment must travel safely between testing, preparation, and international competitions. The truck we get to borrow from Ta Lappen allows us to bring our entire workshop on the road during the competition season, which is a great advantage for us.

In addition to providing the truck, Ta Lappen is also sponsoring two of our team members with a truck driver’s licence this year. Through their professional training, our members will gain the certification and practical experience required to handle heavy transport safely and responsibly. This allows us to manage our own logistics and transport the car to competitions without relying on external help.

Having this capability within the team gives us much greater flexibility and independence during the busy summer months. When competition season arrives, every hour counts. Being able to focus our time and energy on performance, testing, and preparation while knowing our transportation is handled safely, makes a significant difference for the entire team.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support from Ta Lappen and for the opportunity they provide our members to develop valuable skills in heavy transportation. Their contribution plays an important role in helping us keep our operations running smoothly throughout the season.
