At Revolve NTNU, precision is a requirement. When designing a world-class electric formula race car, the transition from digital schematics to physical PCBs is a critical phase of our project. This is why our long-standing collaboration with Inission Løkken AS is so important for our  success.

Electronics development is extremely important in Revolve, as our core project is to build an electric race car. With a large and dedicated team of electronics engineers, we design our own custom PCBs every season. These circuit boards make up the "nervous system" of our car, controlling everything from complex inverter logic and high-voltage battery management (BMS) to sensitive sensor arrays.

Through our partnership, our designs are brought to life at Inission’s facility at Løkken Verk. By utilizing their professional production lines, advanced automated optical inspection (AOI), and rigorous testing equipment, we ensure that our hardware is not just functional, but reliable enough to handle the extreme vibrations and thermal loads of the racetrack.
